Meet Your Tutor
Hello and welcome to Suthagar Learning Institute. My name is Erwin Suthagar, an Oxford University-trained Mathematics teacher holding a PGCE in Mathematics.
I studied Mathematics and Philosophy (BA) at the University of Southampton and have over 5 years of experience teaching and tutoring students from primary through to university level.
My lessons focus on building understanding step by step. I place a strong emphasis on clarity, consistency, and confidence so that students feel comfortable asking questions and tackling challenging problems. The aim is not just to improve grades, but to help students genuinely understand mathematics and apply it with confidence.
